The motor when out on my 2 year old Trane heat pump. They found the problem, made sure it was still under warranty, ordered a new motor, came back and installed it in one day. Everybody was prompt and courteous and very knowledgeable. Best AC experience I've ever had. I definitely recommend Complete Air and Heat.

Levi showed up on time and got the job completed in the most professional manor, installing the hard start capacitor and relay kit. He was very personable, informative, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. He also praised Complete Air & Heat for being such a good employer, something you don't often hear at any company when management is not around. Keep up the good work.
Just want to take a moment to thank John for coming to our rescue today! We had a clogged condensate drain in our condo and because we were out of town we could not handle this ourselves. He was at our unit in less than an hour and fixed the situation for us. Amazing friendly customer service and professionalism. Always dependable and there when you need them.
