Yikes. I told them what we needed done (replacement of a singe wire from thermostat to ac unit outside). They sent someone over, was there 10 minutes, demanded $94 for the service call. Took a day and a half to get any further information. Their estimate was 30% higher than the other two estimates we got. So I paid $94 just to get a price quote. Will not use them again.
My AC went out on Saturday afternoon. John was at my house within 20-30 minutes to fix the issue. The part was under warranty so I just paid the trip charge. John did a great job and the house is finally cooling off. Will DEFINITELY use them again.

Prompt, friendly, informative, instructional and just a nice guy. No fooling around and got the job done. Called them when I moved in for a complete system check ( no pun intended) and they were fair and honest. First company I called tried to over charge me for work I didn't need (new system) by $1250.00. Call them if you want complete satisfaction.
